Not that it's getting stale or anything. So here's another couple for ya.

Russians are technically asian.

And a hot dog is not a sandwich, it's a taco.

You're welcome.

Only if they live east of the Ural Mountains. West of the range is the part of Russia considered to be in Europe.

Oui, not only are they but as you get further east they take on the more typical features of asian races. Most of what we hear and see involving Russia is from the west/European side, as that is where the majority of the population and key infrastructure and administration is

Russia is a bloody big place, if you did some folding and tucking you could fit both Canada and the United States into it. It borders China, Kazakhstan, Finland... and when the Soviet Union was at its peak it extended all the way down to the middle-east so you could argue that Russia also technically used to be Arabic too.

But here is where things start to get a bit wonky; once you reach Kamchatka, their native people start to take on a much more familiar feel to native cultures in North America
folk-ensemble-performance-in-dress-of-ab41052877-elizovo-kamchatka-russia-june-1

Back during the last ice age, these peoples found that the Laurentide Ice Sheet was passable and were like "Oh neat, what's over here?", so they migrated over and eventually broke into hundreds of different cultures, nations and tribes. Some kept going south through Mexico to South America, others hung around what would become Canada and the US.

...

...

... This tangent brought to you by someone who finds early human migration fascinating

Moscow is in Europe.

Hot dogs are not tacos, which are served on tortillas. A hot dog is served on a bun.

If you go to a taqueria you won't find a hot dog.

A taco is a sandwich so a hot dog is a sandwich.

You'll likely get mystery meat either way.

I would say neither are a sandwich. Both are usually served with a singular piece of 'bread' that is generally folded in half around said mystery meat.

The number of pieces of "bread" is unimportant as is if it is folded.

the esteem National Hot Dog and Sausage Council have ruled that hot dogs are not sandwiches

To compare the lowly hot dog to the noble taco. Wars have started over less

I blame Genghis Khan.  It's all that mongol DNA.  :

Genghis Khan a Prolific Lover, DNA Data Implies

"An international group of geneticists studying Y-chromosome data have found that nearly 8 percent of the men living in the region of the former Mongol empire carry y-chromosomes that are nearly identical. That translates to 0.5 percent of the male population in the world, or roughly 16 million descendants living today."
