x15 for $60!!!  Hahahah...no.

...wait, that includes "20% off"?!?

LOL...apparently WG doesn't value $60 like I do.  Get real.

I don't mean to be a Debbie Downer for the sake of click bait, but seriously, WG...this is getting ridiculous.

I can smell the incoming downvotes already...

Right? I think they are going to end up pricing themselves out of their own market at this rate. They may have already done so and the damage isn't apparent yet. They've invested in some expensive potential blunders too.

I wonder if they lost a lot from Arena failing.

What pisses me off is that it seems like Warships profit is being redistributed to failing products like World of airplanes, and that arena game I played once and uninstalled. For the amount of money we pump into this game, we are NOT getting it back in game development/improvement. Plus, wargaming in general has a gigantic number of employee's to pay in general, do a 1000 people work there or what? I wonder if they get tax breaks for employing tons of people, more overhead.

I have this bad feeling that they won't have the cajones to admit they've screw up and do layoffs, instead they'll just full steam ahead on failing products till they go belly up because they're too proud.

The problem is a lot of people are buying this stuff so they will keep raising the pricess. I usually buy this kind of stuff but I am not interested in the British container or the Black Friday ones.

Loot boxes have been absolutely awful since the Aigle missions but people continue to buy them. Not much the rest of us can do but warn the players they are getting ripped off, express our displeasure with Wargaming, and not spend money. As long as there are suckers paying for that crap, they will sell it. IMHO the best way to look at it is that Wargaming is saving me money by making it easy not to spend..

Yeah def not paying attention to microtransactions, aka best way to make $$.

Seriously, since all tje content is digitally created, lower the price and we'll all buy more stuff, like all the time.

Give me 6 containers for a dollar, guess what? I might buy that! Maybe even on a regular basis.

$60 for a chance? I'll blow $100 for hours of fun at a casino, not a few clicks for digital and most likely worthless content.

Considering the only valuable thing gotten with the collection is the camouflage for Lightning, the price is quite high. Tier 8 camo runs around 2000 doubloons IIRC which is 10 dollars US.... The alternate camo for the premium DD (I forget its name) is nice but it doesn't do anything differently than the standard camo that comes with it. Flying two flags on all the UK ships is fun, but is that ability worth that much money? The signal flags are great, but again you have to overvalue them in order to make it seem like a good deal.

The crates are fine as long as they are free. Using real world money to buy them is a bad deal.

2018 has seen the crates go completely down the drain. Prior to this year, I tended to buy quite a few crates, this year, not only have I not bought the absurdly priced crates, that they now at least refer to as lootboxes, I've barely bought anything, most of the ships have been godawful(THAT trend started in 2017, sadly).

WG apparently doesn't understand "value for the money."

I agree the value/reward to price ratio on these crates seems to be trending downward.  I also think part of it is we now have a lot of other ways to get special flags and camos through mission rewards. Not as much incentive to splurge for new crates if already have hundreds of camos and flags

Don't JINX it or gave WoWs any more ideas that messed around with 1 - Price AKA $$$$ (in a way it business model), 2 - where I hate the most the possible of getting some value back eg the possibility of return value so far no interested me. All these Halloween pumpkin crates, so far got no perm camo. Before the Halloween, the brit dd crates extremely low rate of getting dd

They've sold $5 crates before that at least gave one a chance to win a ship or something...nothing interesting in these, and you can get the rest of the collection pieces from the regular daily containers.

Realistically these are not any different than some of the premium collection crates they've offered before.  The freedom crates are identical and the $3 crates have less flags per.

I think generally the collection crates are a bad deal compared to the others, just the Halloween ones were pretty bad recently as well so it seems trending down.

The black Friday ones seem eh as well, I don't know nothing in them greatly interests me.  At least they have ship missions in them though.
