Haven't received starting container for hockey event?

Howdy folks,

 

So I pressed the button to start the hockey collection but I haven't received a starting container or a "chain" of missions to obtain a container. is anyone else having this issue?:fish_boom:

 

or do I have to buy a container to start the collection?:Smile_sceptic:

Same here. Clicked the button but nothing has appeared crate or mission wise. Tried logging out and back in and such but nada...

I assume you still have to earn the container. Or buy one to jump start it.

 

Edit: Website says you have to complete the mission chain first. If you dont' have the mission yet, try playing a match,

Same. Also tried restarting the game.

Page says "To activate this chain for your Service Record".. Checked service record, nothing there.

Have played games, logged out and back in, etc... Nothing. No missions appear under missions/events/campaigns/etc... Nothing under service record either as you need a crate to unlock the collection.

I also received an update to my ticket last night, basically the same as posted above (we know, we are working on it).

Just logged in to check, still nothing.

Very disappointing.  I don't normally have a lot of time to play, but had a bunch of time on friday and random time throughout this weekend - really wanted to move as far as I could.  This really leaves a bad taste.

Top this off with the fact that my British DD crews did NOT retrain, and when I entered that ticket, the response I got was that I had JUST re-assigned them from other ships and so they need to be retrained (despite the captains being in each for several games ahead of the recent patch).  

Really a crappy couple of days here, WG.

I haven't gotten anything as well... some people have said that I need to send in a support ticket, is this actually the case?
