the morse code was another puzzle from a year back, ignore it.

Looking at the picture those symbols are going to be plugged in I would guess looking at the bottom line where one is filled in.

Yeah, I'll concur looks like on.

 

There are 4 blanks on the last clue, we have 3 numbers, does the ru server have clues as well?

The new page has place for a word of 5 characters.  URL_guy says the ultimate code will be six characters, so it can't be that.  Further, the text will have to be in symbols as the five-character derivative contains a symbol, and we have found no symbol strings of that - or any - length.  The page can't help us until we do.

 

Some people have found CC Container codes embedded in videos.  Someone that knows how should look at the activate_sigil vid.  I know TV signals can embed data between frames...

Unless the 3 and 4 grid ref can translate as _ E A _ _ _ 

 

Looking at some of the other Promethean docs, the code R34LMS would fit. Or R34LM_
