It's good outreach, like what WoT did with Buffon.

Aye, it also ties in with two communities well, since it's a Russian playing on a US team.

Hmmm, these people downvoting me are probably baseball fans~

What, us baseball fans have nothing against you hockey people. The Blue Jays are a joke so nothing against Canada. It's probably the football fans.

As a Canadian, the fact that they picked the most unlikeable player in hockey displeases me. If you want a good Russian player, go with Sid the Kid's sidekick Evgeni Malkin, or Steven Stamkos' teammate Nikita Kucherov.

The team with the top prospect in all of baseball in its farm system is not a joke. The Blue Jays are rebuilding and they've got a good future ahead of them.

We'll see about that, The Yankees and Red Sox both have good current young players and good farm systems. Got to get by them first.

When have they not? They're the evil empire of baseball.

The North American closed league system still confuses the hell out of me though.

True, but I contend that with the team building around the superstar that Vlad Jr will become, and new guys like Teoscar Hernandez, Rowdy Tellez, and Billy McKinney learning from veterans like Kevin Pillar and Russell Martin, the Blue Jays could very well snatch a Wild Card spot in the next couple years.

And why do they call it the "World Series"? I don't see any Argentinian baseball teams there   ;P

But gentlemen, please, we all know who the biggest joke is when it comes to sports...

Synchronised Swimming.

Because the New York World newspaper originally sponsored the event back in 1903.

I get why they have a celebrity involved  and Ovechkin is a good choice because he crosses two servers.......

But you ought to get a free bowl of Chobittsu's soup for that camo.
