They had a beam of 30.5 meters (100 ft 1 in) and a draught of 8.81 meters (28 ft 11 in) at full load. They displaced 32,500 long tons (33,000 t) normally, and 36,646 long tons (37,234 t) at full load.[9] High-tensile steel was used throughout the hull with mild steel used only in areas that did not contribute to structural strength. The hull was subdivided into 25 transverse watertight bulkheads and the engine room was divided by a longitudinal bulkhead. The double bottoms were 1.275 meters (4 ft 2.2 in) apart, while the vitals of the ship were protected by a triple bottom that added an extra 875 millimeters (34.4 in) of depth. The design called for a freeboard of 8.89 meters (29 ft 2 in) forward, 6.24 meters (20 ft 6 in) amidships and 6.49 meters (21 ft 4 in) aft. The ships were fitted with three Frahm anti-rolling tanks on each side.[10] Borodino Class Battlecruiser is also Referred as Izmail Class Battlecruiser used by Imperial Russian Navy. I have to think they would be totally washed out at speed or in any kind of sea. But other than that a Kongo or Tiger better put on its "big girl panties" for a fight with one of these. Both are a couple of knots faster than the Russian but down 4 guns.

Thats True , Because Most Russian Battlecruiser Concentrate on Firepower and Defense rather than Speed.Izmail is the only Battlecruiser with Incapable speed. The 12 inch guns on their Battlecruisers/Dreadnoughts were very potent weapons, bloody accurate and high velocity whilst tests with the few 14 inch guns made for this class did again show the Russians had got it right with the guns, they were powerful indeed.
