Most competitive Harugumo builds?

Now that we've had these ships for a while, is there a consensus on which builds are best? 

(Ex, for GK, generally the consensus is that zombie is more efficient than secondaries, even if the latter is useful and fun)

Full gunboat or partial conceal? 
I assume that AFT gets swapped for CE; and Concealment mod or Rudder shift?? 

Having both seems like a poor options, as that neglects being able to take BFT and AR. 

 

What would you run in Ranked/CB?

 I am using Yamamoto Isoroku with : 

skills 1) PT & PM   2) EM & AR & LS   3) BFT   4) IFHE & CE  

upgrades slots  1) Main Arm. Mod 1  2) Dam. Con. Mod 1  3) Main Batt. Mod 2  4) Steering Gears Mod 2  5) C. E. Mod 1  6) Main Batt. Mod 3

 This is the same as I use on the Kitakaze . Not that I think this is the best myself so will be interested to see what the consensus is .

PT, LS, AR, Super, BFT, IFHE, CE. I could see swapping in DE for either super or BFT, but other than that I wouldn't personally give up anything in my build. AFT.. shells are too floaty at range, won't hit anything but a BB or CA. CE is far more versatile.

Flamu's gunboat build is the most fun I've had in a ship in a while...

PT, LS, DE, IFHE, BFT, AR, AFT

I think the extra reach is very nice. You can quite easily rain dakka down on Battleships and camping cruisers at 14 - 15 km, and the psychological factor of nonstop HE raining down is amazing.

 

That said, this ship is silly, the 1/4 pen is way too much. The problem is, if they dial it back, Harugumo becomes really blah. It's a bad situation.

Mmm. The DE might be useful. I couldn't get fires going.
