Fresh, clean clothes make the best bed.

At least it's not a white cat... I've just given up on white cat hair all over me:cat_bubble:

Nah it's the clothes equally as much as the box. The box makes her feel secure, but the clothes are comfy and warm.

My cat does the same thing...Once the kids left the dryer open, the cat climbed in, i came by later, closed the door and turned it on...cat made 2 rotations before I could get the door open, he doesn't climb in the dryer anymore.

Confirm; our two cats can't wait to jump into a laundry basket of warm, soft clothes fresh out of the dryer; they seem to like the unfolded ones best as they cuddle up in those and cry when they are lifted out.

Same with my girls, if I wake up and one of them isn't snuggling with me then chances are she's curled up on a clothes pile somewhere. Or sitting in the window watching the nature channel.

The boys on the other hand prefer pillows, blankets, kitty beds, and laps. I try to get everything I need before I sit down at my PC for a WoWs session, because once I'm there I get trapped under Scar.

Cats....You just can't get mad at the fluffy little buggers. Even when they split your flesh open when they slip trying to jump on your lap.

Dad had a one-fanged stray barn cat, an old scarred-up tomcat, that he just liked for some reason, even though it sank it's fang into his arm twice. The cat was cancerous, smelly, and barely stayed alive the three years that it lived around the place but Dad would go out and feed it and pet it every day. Nobody else could get near the thing. Finally it got so bad that Dad had to have it put down; he almost cried.
