Researching A ship

I am trying to research a Tier V Destroyer, the Nicholas, and I click the button to research and nothing happens. I have enough XP, I have an open slot and I have researched all the ships before it. Anyone have any ideas why it won't work? Do I need to have something else?

from the Clemson, have you already researched the B-hull?

Do you have a screen shot of the port screen of Clemson? It sounds like you got everything based on your comments.

What's on the module tab as that is where you would do the research. The Nicholas is 11k XP, so you look to have enough XP and if you have researched the B hull, you should be good.

I can click on the button for the research, but it makes that noise like it is restricted. Do I need Premium or something?

Everything looks good, so not sure why it is not working. Sounds like time for a ticket. Be sure to submit the module screen pic, so that WG can see what you are seeing.
