1) Before the war started, Germany was "flirting" to France. What if France had said "Yes!" to Getmany and became the third european axis member?

 

2) What if Getmany had said "Yes!" to Neville Chamberlain flirting and became allies against France and Russia? Would them both had went against Italy too or Itally would have joined that alliance? What roll had played the US? Probabily this is the most intrigating "what if" of them all.

 

3) And finally: What if Britain and France had declared war on Russia after them invaded Poland with Germany and Russia had became another axis member?

against Germany and the USSR, the UK would have been defeated or at the very least transferred its government to Canada with the home isles getting occupied. The Royal Navy would have only been able to hold on for so long. With no war in the east, Germany and Russia would have put all their resources into taking the British Isles. Granted Germany and USSR didnt have heavy bombers at that point nor a combined fleet that could match the Royal Navy. But they did have lots of submarines and now with both combined sub fleets, the convoys are under even more attack. Germany could of then put its resources into developing the weapons it needed to take the islands instead of diverting them to fight the Soviets

2) Chamberlaine was trying to maintain peace, not waging a war; peace served British interests better than any war.

 

3) It really depends on one man alone: Adolf Hitler. If he scrapped or postponed his rapacious aim on Russia the Axis would have greatly benefited from Russian resources (oil in particular), even though of course they would have been required to pay for it (but transferring technology could have helped lessening the monetary bill). Britain would have remained isolated until 1942 and consistent forces would have been available for other efforts. My ideal (biased) scenario is one of a southern strategy, this would have required a joint German-Italian invasion of Malta, some degree of "French assistance" to use the ports in Tunisia, Italian ports in Libya simply weren't large enough to move the required amount of supplies rapidly enough and after building up sufficient forces a trust to Suez and the Middle East.

England would have attacked the French fleet, oh, happened anyways. England would have been all alone, oh, they were. So,....Germany would have been welcomed to Paris as friends instead of conquerors, lol.

this doesn't matter the difference was Pearl Harbor if the Japanese hadn't attacked it then the US would not have joined the war til much later thus causing most of their friends to fall leaving them solo

England would have attacked the French fleet, oh, happened anyways. England would have been all alone, oh, they were. So,....Germany would have been welcomed to Paris as friends instead of conquerors, lol. 

Understimate France power in WW2 would have been catastrophic for their enemies. They lost in one month, but just because of the genius german tactitians and strategists (that beaten all others at their time, by the way), no to lack of power. Dewotine fighter was second to no one, Char-B1 tank was a monster of a tank when the war began, Richelieu and Dunkerke class ships were very interesting, capable and modern designs... and most important, the industrial power and state of France´s science in general was something to be afraid of. 

2 little skirmishes against the french navy (that was not ready to repell the attack, by the way) can´t be considered as a real battle between those forces as if they would have really confront each other in a declared war. French colonial posetions in north Africa and their mediterranean fleet, added to the italian one would have beaten the Mediterranean Squad of the RN in not much time.
