Answers to why subs are being left out.

First.They'd have to make a new view.

Second.there slow.

Third,They were civil ship killers not warship killers.

Forth.There slow

Fifth.Not a lot of ammo,and only some have a useless deck gun.

Sixth.THERE SLOW!!!!!

Because you want them to be in the game. The developers left subs out specifically to annoy you and you alone. Anyone else was purely gratitutous.

huh? if a ship is underground, theres an issue here.

 

and i believe that the torpedo armament of a sub, and its ability to get uncomfortably close, would more than make up for that vulnerablity. sledgehammer in an eggshell, not totally unlike WoT arty

i predict today that the only submarine you will ever see in WoWs is this one, and the player to get the kill shot will receive a gold reward.
