Just curious if anyone knows what triggers the event of asking you to switch teams in the Go Navy event.

That +2 loyalty, per day, seems to be very important in order to advance.  So what triggers it?

If you get invited by the opposition to change sides and decline. Plus if you stay on the same side every day. As you build loyalty points you gain tokens that can be exchanged in the armoury

Thank you for responding, but I already understand that

But what _triggers_ them making the invite in the first place?

An invite to change sides just happens because you are on the other team.

It would also seem that, the longer you are loyal, the more loyalty points you accrue. It's unconfirmed at this point, but I can see how it would be a good incentive, and not just for the tokens.

Honestly? It seems like this event has demonstrated that WG have indeed learned their lesson from the Clash of the Elements semi-debacle.

I think someone must right click your name on the team side screen during the game to bring up.the option. But I havent checked that out yet. Its something I thought I remembered reading.

I think you get an offer after you earn enough points and haven't already gotten the offer yet that day.

Then again, I can't find where I read that, so it might just be my imagination.

Yeah, there has to be some trigger.   I was wondering about points myself.

But like you said, can't find any hard information in what Wargaming has posted.   Unless its fine print somewhere.

From what I can tell it's just a random thing that happens after you have played a few games that day. I was asked to change sides after about four games and declined.

I could just be thinking that based on that it makes the most sense to me. Get one or two containers right before the offer, and that extra one is more tempting.

Only other thing I can think of is it's tied to getting or completing those special tasks, but that might be a bit too random for that to work.
