Its a nerf: the guns don't realistically hit much harder on bbs. You can't fire at all from open water (no turn), dropping IFHE is mitigated by the need for 3 points into vigilance to avoid dying to tops just wading around at your garbage speed with LESS TURNING CAPACITY THAN A 10 BB.

On top of that, T7 radars in Indy ATL and Belfast.

Plus generally the horrific spotting and capping rewards, and no damage for non-sight-gimmick DDs allowed. 1.7 torp detection.

7 radars on enemy team. 4 per every game. Torps that are shorter range than the radars.

---------

Join me somehow. Just boycott DDs. No more playing them.

You make me so mad that I don't want to ever make an actual good poll ever again. Just take this instead. Its what you're making the ships we like feel like. TRASH.

What's your recommendation for a salt stew over the past year since the stealth nerf.

I'm going to be livid about this tomorrow, because I've been livid about these things for at least a year. And I'm finally done trying to explain them.

Be livid.  Feel the burn.  Enjoy.

But don't go after people while livid as you come off as a nut case.

2100 battles?  Not a sample size that will impress with your breadth of game awareness.

1500 posts?  You talk more than you fight.

Man, take a break. We all have bad days. Go do something else for a few days, maybe even a couple weeks.

Believe me, you (and your teams) won't appreciate playing in a bad mood: it tends to leak into your gameplay.

Got the best Nerf bat of all. All in all BBs got stronger ( again) while DDs and cruisers are now weaker, let us pray for all the salt Cruisers and DD drivers will shed while CVs continue to be ignored.

I personally take out the garlic from the bulb, smash it, then remove the skins. So much easier.

As for OP: biased poll and tons of salt already existent in past threads. They removed a hard restraint on the ship and compensated with restraining some of the tactical flexibility of the ship, a perfectly fair trade. Adapt your playstyle to compensate, or present a proper writeup instead of whining about it, and ask for opinions on how to play the ship.

That is a matter of opinion. I don;t own the ship but I sink it as fast as I can if its red, I try to back it up if its on my team. RADAR Wise. Neither  the ATL nor the Payfast are the king of Radar in tier 7. That was the context I was pointing out. GL and HF.

^^^^. are you ok ??? Are you able to comprehend ? are you able to read and comprehend at the same time ? In context, the biggest Nurf bat in this patch were cruisers and DDs, Overall class strength belongs to the BBs. My list looks like this, in all tiers the class with the must power regardless of nation is

  1. BBs, then
  2. Cruisers, in 3rd
  3. DDs, and lastly
  4. CV...

My be the I am bad putting down the information, but I hope this clears it up. GL and HF.

Cruisers are with out a doubt the strongest class in game with their consumables, dpm, ability to go dark and re position and their map control. DDs are the second, BBs well their just there for the occasional RNGesus bless me roll or to get farmed

I have only played one Battle after the buff/ Nerf. Concealment was nerfed from 5.9 to 6.1 km, what is not the end of the World. Manueuverability was always [edited] and continues to be. Also If u play shooting from Smoke u r doing something wrong, people Will send torps on ur direcion for sure. Only do It If there are no radar or dd around. Shooting from open water requires more skill, u dont have the speed of soviet DD, só use and abuse of wasd. Akizuki never was an easy boat to play, and never Will be. Remember, any dumbhead can play BB, to play DD requires skill.
