I must say if this is the CV rework, then it is a distinct improvement to the current CV gameplay. I did hear that Wargaming was wanting to give a similar experience to CV players as the other ships get...

Ah, the good ole fashioned aviation battleship. They wanted to do that to the Iowas in the early 80s when they reactivated them, launching Harriers and Hornets from an extended stern deck.

If you did it with Graf Spee, would it then be a Pocket Aviation Battleship?

I think there was a rough design drawn up for Jean Bart to be refitted as an aviation battleship. If any ship could get away with it and still maintain their gunnery effectiveness it WOULD be a Richelieu-class.
