Torpedos are actually quite painful for a Conqueor. They laugh at flooding though.

As a DD driver this is why I drive the conq its nice just being able to get shot and shot and shot, my highest potential damage in a conq is 3.9 million and I lived and the AP ambushes absolute destroy any bb inside of 11 km if they give you their side and they do because you're an HE spamming machine.

Of course had he been a Yamato he'd have had 15,000 more starting HP, a 55% instead of a 28% TDS so would have taken less damage and has an 80s rather than 120s repair cooldown.
