The video description lists it as a SM2, which is an anti-aircraft missile with a secondary ability to engage surface targets.

I remember when they did that.  I was deployed on USS Peleliu at the time.  Then the navy realized it made a mistake doing that and they had to spend A LOT of money refitting the Tarawa.
