Youtube is not allowed?

I was trying to promote the navyreviewer's youtube channel, but when I post a video, it says I am trying to post a link that the administrator does not allow.  I am using the youtube forum option and putting in the embedded code there, so what link are they talking about?

Use the video link from youtube option, don't put it in the embedded section, put it in the below option labelled "Paste Youtube Video URL"
