I got an email from WOWS containing a Bonus Code and a link to click to redeem it. When I entered the code it said " invalid code" so I emailed Customer Support who said the code had expired and , somewhat insultingly I thought, sent a link on how to use codes. I wrote back noting that nowhere on the original email or on the redemption screen or the "Codes" link does it say anything about codes expiring. Their ridiculous reply was, " You can ask as (sic) anytime expiration dates of any code you have."

So instead of just putting the expiration date right on the code, every person is supposed to email CS.  Anything to avoid admitting they made a mistake...ask as anytime expiration dates of all codes you have.k as anytime expiration dates of all codes you have.
