I know that this is all over the forum know but here is. Just in case you do not feel like reading a wall of text and just want to hear the changes. But there is a wall on txt in the video just in case lol.

warp, around 4 minutes or so in, you were talking about the tier 8 ships that could be used in the new operation.  You mentioned that USN cruisers had radar (correct), French ones didn't (correct), and RN cruisers didn't (WRONG!).  Tier 8 and higher RN cruisers DO have access to radar (same slot as smoke).  Whether they mount it is entirely up to the player, of course, but they do have the option.

 you are correct. I should have said most would not us it. Since you have to give up smoke. Thank you for the correction though.  Sad that I have Eddy and never use  radar on it.

Most don't use radar.  That said, one might consider using radar in this operation with an RN cruiser.
