I had a fully upgrade Cleveland, Pensacola, and New Orleans when the split occurred.  I had standard, permanent camo on the Cleveland and the Pensacola.  I received 13,150,000 credits for compensations, which was pretty close for the ships and camo's.  From the website, I calculated I should have received 13,020,000.  But what I did not get was the compensation for the top modules on the ships.  You were supposed to get 580,000 credits and 7200 xp for the top guns on the Cleveland, 980,000 credits and 12000 xp for the top guns on the Pensacola, and 1,570,000 credits and 20,000 xp on the New Orleans.  I might have received the xp, if it was pushed to the replacement ship.  But I didn't get the credits.

They stated I'd you had all the ships with premium cammo you would get 31 million credits.

I received 24.5 million.

Ok, let's work through the math:

  1. For your T-6 Cleveland with perm type 16 camo (not the 2015 New years camo), you should have gotten a T-6 Pensacola with camo with the same build as the T-6 Cleveland, A T-8 Cleveland stock with an 8 point commander and 7200xp placed on the Pensa-6 for the upgraded gun mod and 580,000 credits added for the gun mod.
  2. For your T-7 Pensa, you with perm type 17 camo, you should get a T-7 NO with camo with the same build as the t-7 Pensa, a duplicate T-6 Pensa (giving you 2,950,000 credits), a ship slot and 6 point commander. Since you now have a duplicate T-6 camo, you would get 1,500,000 credits back. You would also get 12,000 xp and 980,000 credits back for the upgraded t-7 gun module.
  3. For your T-8 NO without camo, you should have gotten a T-8 Balti with the same build as the T-8 NO, a duplicate T-7 Pensa (giving you 5,570,000 credits), a ship slot and 7 point commander. The gun upgrade would 20,000 xp and 1,570,000 credits back.

That means you should have gotten 13,150,000 credits back. Not sure where you're coming up with higher numbers.

Ok, let's work thru your math, IN addition to what was posted above, you would get

4. For your T-9 Balti, you would get a t-8 Balti with the same build as the t-8 NO, a duplicate T-8 Balti (giving you 8,900,000 credits), a ship slot, 8 point captain. The gun upgrade would get you 27,500 xp and 2,400,000 credits back

Since you had perm camo on the T-8 and T-9, you would get back an additional 3,000,000 for the duplicate T-7 and 4,500,000 for T-8 camos.

That gives you the 31,950,000 million that they're quoting in the website.

Now are you ABSOLUTELY sure you had PERMANENT Type 18 camo on the T-8 NO? Not the award camo that you could have gotten from the new years mission, but the type 18 that you bought for 3000 doubloons? If you only had the New Years perm camo and not the type 18 doubloon camo, you would not receive duplicate camos for the T-7 and T-8 which would put you at 24,950,000 credits.

Got all 31.5 million. This is the only positive thing about this. I don't mind the heavies, even the paper one, but now I have to grind Omaha and Cleveland again in preparation of 0.7.6.0 and the new USN CLs, and that peeves me a whole lot. I hated Omaha the first time around and I still find her a pain in the butt to play, and have to grind through Dallas to get Helena when the next phase comes up. I free XP'd my elite status on the T8 Cleveland but that still leaves the grind to Tiers 9 and 10. I bought Pensacola back before the split just to make sure I got 'em all plus the elite XP that came with playing a single game in her after the split, but I don't like her any more than I did before, especially since she now has my 19-point captain from the T6 Cleveland. I might end up forking over my hard-earned pension monies and put the 19-pointer in Gearing. There are advantages and disadvantages to every change like this but so far, the jury is out on this one. The elite XP combined with what I already had gives me 4 more 10-pointers, but I have to grind another 4 for the CLs. Gonna take my sweet time doing it.

I ran all the changed heavies in co-op just to get a preliminary feel for the nerfs on the downgraded ships and test drive the new one. Not impressed with any of them, but it takes time to learn a new ship anyway, and the downgraded heavies won't play quite the same as the old versions did.

I see my mistake.  I thought I had a duplicate camo on the tier VII New Orleans as well, but my camo was not a standard permanent one.  It was a bonus one from a campaign.  That's why I was off 3,000,000 credits.  Thank you.

I had it purchased, but not mounted on the NO.

I had the prettier award cammo mounted.

I' not complaining. Just thought I would get more...

24.5 mil was nice.
