I have the following.

1 - PT

2 - EM & AR

3 - SI & DE

4 - CE

4 points left and need to assign. What is the best skills to assign after the above skills?

I think SE (3) & Expert Loader (1) is good. Help.

I have that same build except that I am trying BoS rather than SE and it seems to work fine.  I think minimizing damage has worked a little better than having 7% more health/hps, but will keep testing it.  I don't use Vigilance since you get plenty of hydro with the Hindy.  Fun ship for sure.  GL.

I run it with Expert Loader and Vigilance in addition to what you've got there, but Fire Prevention is actually not a bad choice either.  Maybe more of a clan wars captain than randoms with FP though.

If it’s not too much of a problem, I’d drop EM for JoaT. KMS guns rotate just fine without EM and the consumable reload is awesome. Also go with AFT, Hindy’s AA is awesome.

I have my 19 Point KM Cruiser Captain on the Hinde too in this loadout:

PM, EM/LS, SI/DE, AFT/CE

PM because I always assume everyone is shooting at me anyway, and I hate losing a gun mid-reload/Torps up close

EM, less for the Hinde and more for the Graf Spee which I share with this

LS, because AR is not super useful on a ship with already short reloads and I hate having to waste a DCP on my rudder which seems to get knocked out alot

SI because duh

DE because duh

CE, as concealment is always nice

AFT because the Hinde has awesome AA but is big enough to be one helluva Torp Bomber target and I'd rather not take chances with her fat [edited].
