Looking for plank-owners for new Clan / Fleet

I would like to start establishing a clan in preparation for release. I would love to have a core of plank-owners and officers in place. My vision would be to have this first base be comprised of those veterans of Naval Service or at least military. My vision would be to be a semi-series competitive clan that enjoys laid back play, but also competitive game play with other clans in whatever Wargaming comes up with for that sort of thing. I have not nailed down a name quite yet, but I would like it to be something with Naval Tradition in mind. I am leaning towards "#" Fleet (I.E. 2nd Fleet, 3rd Fleet. Whatever is available 1-12) or possibly Tin Can Sailors. Whoever joins me on this maiden voyage can help me when it comes to selecting such things. Who's with me?
