Tried to submit a ticket but was unable to because it now requires a second email address. I do not have a second email address.  So I now have to [edited] about that in here! Why can I not use my one and only email account to submit a ticket? That was never an issue before. The email that is associated with my account is the only email I have ever used and I do not want replies sent to my wife or brothers email account.

I submitted a ticket earlier without the need for a second email. Just logged into the site & clicked away through the categories til I found what I needed. Even though I still didn't find what was needed for that particular ticket.

But no second email was required.
