What does "Cruising Through America" likely refer to?

Saw it on the website for May announcements, and I'd like to know what you guys think it probably refers to. Could it finally be the US cruiser split? Or is it more likely to be something else?

Might refer to the states the ships are named after.

Could be a cruiser sale or cruiser missions too.

Cruiser split and there's a few planned premiums for the US Cruisers as well

It is for the USN cruiser split and the new American captain you can earn.

Will it be William Halsey? If it's going to be him, might as well introduce Nimitz as well. I can also see Clifton "Ziggy" Sprague, perhaps give him special skills with DDs and CVs.

I'm glad cruiser split will be this month, but it's strange that so far I haven't seen some of the new CLs in Randoms yet, like Helena.

Actually, the "Cruising through America" reminds me of a line from a Neil Diamond song "America" where he sings "Coming to America".

what about something obscure relating to "66" as in the route that crossed America, translated to pennant number 66

a bit new (1964) there was USS America (CV-66)

or USS White Plains (CVE-66) from 1943

or the never finished USS Kentucky (BB-66), ended up as a part built Iowa-class, but was originally intended to be a Montana-class.
