It has been confirmed by Overlord that the Royal Navy will be the first nation added after the initial launch.

 

On another note they have 19 British modeled for WoWp

TBH though I'm not surprised that the RN will be a close 3rd after the pacific war protagonists. We were the 1st ranked naval power of WW1 and the start of WW2 until the USN surpassed us around late 1943 - early 1944 with their huge naval buildup. And we have a tech tree equal to the USN/IJN which the Germans/French/Italians/Russians do not. It frankly would have made no logical sense for any other nation to be added before Great Britain.

True. Wargaming will probably give the US, Japan, France, Italy, Russia some pretty tough ships to fight the Hood.
