Hi there I would just like to bring this mobile app game to the attention of Wargaming, because I believe that this game titled Naval Creed Warships bares a striking resemblance to Wargamings World of Warships.

I will leave a link to a video of game play that I found, and you can check it out for yourself.

I really do not like it when game publishers like the developers of Naval Creed Warships just trying to make a quick buck blatantly rip off popular games like World of Warships.

Here are a few obvious similarities that I spotted.
Same minimap.
Same ship identification symbols.
Very similar play style.
Same ribbons they use in World of Warships.
Same ships except for a select few.
Same tech tree system.
Same game modes like Domination.
Same arcade style health pools.
Same compass.

About the only things that are different to this game are the map layouts, and the style of controls they have which actually bare some resemblance to the new World of Warships Blitz.

The problem with this type of thing is that you shut down one version, and another one under a different name pops right up again. It's like whack-a-mole, only each whack can costs thousands of dollars in litigation.

Should be WOT style or WT style or COD style?

It suppose to be that way right?

They are arcade game, similar playstyle enough that WG decided to make a clone off them,  so?

> Same ribbons they use in World of Warships.

You are asking the devs that clone their code for WG for not using same asset while NC and WoWsB is basically the same
Same ships except for a select few.

Same code base with WoWsB,  what you are expecting?
> Same game modes like Domination.

Same arcade style health pools.
Same compass.

Tell me more about a game mode for an arcade game that is not SIM-based.

Copyright laws? We don't need no stinkin copyright laws.

That is indeed very similar! Not sure about the rules around that! Would definitely send a ticket to our support team! I'll speak to our team about it too, just to make them aware

It's not a rip off. And there's nothing wargaming could do about it if it was. There is no license of copyright for the ships and names of any nation's navy. Anyone can use them for any reason. They belong to the people, not any specific company. This isn't marvel or DC, or God forbid Universal, who do actually own the rights to their characters. There are dozens of games that revolve around navy specifically, and hundreds based on the military in general.

There does not need to be. The IP in question involves the game itself.  Educate yourself on IP before taking such stands.
