The rover drives around the rock in C cap.  I only saw him once.  I wonder what happens if you shoot him.

Nice find!     I'll probably get citadelled while looking for easter eggs.   I got side-tracked for a minute yesterday with the meteor storm forming (brown swirling dust and debris).   Oooh!!! look at that.....   WHAM!!! (queue dev strike/citadel sound)

I've seen the rover and also the crashed flying saucer. The port has a flying version of it.

 There are at least two of each of those .  The saucers I did not keep track of where I found them but the other rover is on the rock at H 6 . I like looking around using the free camera mode if I die early enough to see Easter eggs and all the other finds since I got my new rig and max out the graphics .

TBH that movie looked bad@$$ in the trailers...then I saw it and it was the biggest disappointment I'd ever seen.

Yet hey, swastika moon base....seems legit.

I have to admit I watched it too, along with another one where the Nazi's were hiding under one of the poles.  When I saw what I was getting myself, in for, I decided to watch it as a comedy vs say an action adventure film.  Helped me not be so disappointed.

If I'm not mistaken, that is the Russian lunar rover Lunokhod -- a very successful mission overshadowed by the US moon landing.

Lunokhod 2 held the rover distance record until 2014 when Opportunity surpassed its 39 km distance, but Opportunity took 10 years to do it instead of 4 months.

Good catch! With a few embellishments, it sure looks like it.

im going to assume the names of all the ships are play-ons or spoofs of sci-fi ships

Flyfire = Firefly
Alldestroyer = Star Destroyer
Norma = Normandy
Galaxy = galaxy class
Blue Aster = Dark Aster

so what is:
Paris
Zaya

Iron sky was great. Got a little boring when it tried to he serious but for the most part it was pretty darn funny. Like the whole world laughing when the north Koreans tried to claim the base as theirs.

But that North Pole one with Mecha Hitler was lame.
