Hitler is consulting Raider to build his big capital ships, later known as Bismarck, and Tirpitz. Later Raider was fired for the so called failure of his ships, but here is what actually happened.

Hitler- "I want big ships! I want them to fly, shoot lasers, teleport, and time travel!"

Raider- "That is all doable my führer."

Hitler- "But most importantly, I want these ships to be able to dispense ice cream."

Raider- "Dispense ice cream!? My führer, this request is impossible, the ability to dispense ice cream is centuries ahead of our time!"

Hitler- "You cannot make this!? You have no command now, you are fired!!"

Erich Raeder technically resigned on the 30th of January 1943 following Hitler's outrage of the Battle of the Barents Sea. Hitler accessed Raeder for disobeying orders and for the failure of "Capital" ships not being able to defeat an outgunned Royal Navy task force. With Hitler ordering the shutdown of the Z plan and all remaining surface ships to be scrapped and their materials to be used for U boat's and the Atlantic wall defenses, Raeder was done.
