Hello guys,

Well I have a very interesting problem... I bought some containers from premium shop yesterday but I have not receive them yet. No email notification either. Does anyone have similar experience or know what to do?

You're gonna hear this from everyone else too...  click the support button at the top of this page and open a ticket.  It's been my experience that Wargaming has some of the best support of any game I have played.  Good luck!!

Yup, lodge a ticket.

If it was through paypal or a credit card, if you can show the statement that also helps.

Did you buy it on the right server as well? ie not on EU by accident?
