Well, Clan Wars part 2 is soon to be  upon us; the tier 10 rental ships are appearing in our harbors even as we speak. Just a thought for the upcoming battles; it would be really great if rental ships were considered "premium" ships so we could use any Captain we have in them, thus helping those players who have good Captains in other ships but no tier 10s. I know a lot of players feel that restricting Clan battles to tier 10 and then making them fight with new Captains is somewhat unfair, and in my opinion this would help balance out the gaming in those battles.

Good to know. I assume this is still by nation. Can't put a IJN Captain in a Russian rental.

Give it a try and find out.  My guess is....  NOPE.

Eh tier ten is perfect for clans. Prevents seal clubbing if it was tier 6/7. Just imagine how many clans would get SLLLAUGHTERED if it was that low
