As far as I understood, Leningrad type DDs whwere based in french flotilla leaders, so it should be similar...

Have bought and tried it, and the first impression is no good, turns like a cruiiser, with turrets turning like a british BB, detected at the same range as a Khabarovsk.

I hope with captain skill will be a little better but not a marvel.

It's fun. Good guns, good-enough torpedoes. I just hate its turning circle. Makes me feel like I'm in a cruiser. Would be nice if it was a shade faster, but it moves well enough with the right kit on board.
