Spend the money on premium time and u won't have to worry about silver anymore.  And the boost in XP is awesome.

well heck, those free XP camos and all the signals u got will net u 5K - 8K free XP a game maybe.  But u gotta win.

There will be a couple of x2 and x3 first win bonus weekends later this month.

Be sure to stack up some flags and camos and get some good wins when they come around. Those can easily get you over 10k free xp in one game.

 

23rd-26th in particular, there will be a x3 first win bonus AND +100% free xp for every battle. When's the Missouri leaving?

Yes.  I flew all the signals and camo in my Missouri this past weekend, and on a couple other ships with 19 pt captains and got about 200K free XP to get the Musashi.

If you don't already have some, buy Papa-Papa signals and mount them on every ship you play. Especially in combination with things mentioned above, that helps the fxp accumulate quite nicely.

Can't wait when they release as generous and 'fun to play' ships, for XP, for the other type/class ships in the game.

Never spent any FXP on anything since open beta. Had 650k by end of 2017, saved bunch of special exp flags and all other exp flags for an entire year, got some gold from christmas boxes, bought 1 week premium, put on ALLLLLL the flags. Farmed 100k FXP under a day, got Missouri for almost free.

Used the remaining flags and premium time and farmed another 500k FXP, will save exp flags again till end of year and unlock Musashi.

 

Long term planning is how you play FTP games. Only acquire, never sell, let your pile of goodies grow bit by bit, after a decade, you'll have more stuff than people paying.

 

Odd how that advice can apply to almost everything in life.

Signals, camos and premium time as much as you can until the night before 0.7.2 should reduce your expenditure significantly, if necessary.
