Well for the first time in while I got a Super Container from a more credits pick --- I sat there staring at it, praying to RNGesus, hoping this would be the day I would fall out of my chair and get a premium ship!

I opened the Container, and heard RNGesus chuckle "Here have some Camo"

50 Ocean Souls - not bad, but still not my best that was 10 Mil Credits before WG change the drop. Is there a proper sacrifice to RNGesus so you do get a ship?

Disclaimer ---- This is All in good fun, I am happy with the Camo.

I wouldn't know.  I've never gotten a ship out of a supercontainer.

For that matter, I've haven't pulled a supercontainer at all since the first week after they introduced them (when the pull rates were much higher).  The one I got then?  250 Detonation flags.

The odds of getting a supercontainer in a random drop are about 1% as I've ascertained it or 2% at "try your luck." The odds of getting a ship in a supercontainer are about one in a hundred supercontainers. I generally get one supercontainer a month if I play consistently. However, I've only gotten one ship (the Arizona) in a supercontainer in over a year of play. I got another ship in a container too but it was a gifted Xmas container.

 Well what seems to work for me ( since I have gotten three that where not x-mas containers ) is that I do not want them ( oh sure if I got a Bly or Bel it would be nice ) . I am hoping / wishing / praying for doubloons or free xp whenever I get one . So of course I mostly get flags / camo or special upgrades . And the times I have gotten a ship I have sold it ( after playing one battle in it in case I ever decide to want it back ) .

The Arizona wow, I just do not know if I could play that ship. It even bothers me when I have to shoot at one.

BUT knowing my Luck if I gotten a ship it would of been a CV or a DD since I am really bad in both of those types.

I haven't ever gotten a ship from a super container.  If you figure out which RNG god needs to be prayed to, or what needs to be sacrificed, let me know.  Thanks.

I wouldn't sneeze at that, not at all. If you're grinding towards a ship or a 19 point captain that's just out of reach right now, that lets you gamble quite a few in case you have a bad game or four or five. 

My best is 50K free XP, to which I added another 10K by containers that dropped from something I did over Christmas. If WG ever decides to drop a really, really cheap FXP premium for a nation I'm playing at some low tier, I might even consider using it.

Congrat's on the SC. I know what you mean about the anticipation of seeing the crane swing the container in and then hoping when it pops to see something really special only to see camo, flags, or modules. However, with that said, I would actually consider that a good container as 50 Ocean Soul camo is a good reward. Better than a module you can't use/don't want and I would wager worth a lot more in credit value if you sold them (DON'T DO THAT LOL).

I have been lucky so far and have got quite a few SC's. Not too many but more than average I think. I even got one of those awesome 10 Million credit ones you talk of. I think it actually was my 1st one believe it or not. If not 1st it was 2nd. Have got a lot of good ones and some of those meh modules. I have never got a ship though. Also, I have only got them through TYL. Never got them through the other container types.

My last super container was 100 Zulu signals... the one before that was 100 AA signals and the one before that was 100 consumable reload signals. Im not one to complain about free stuff... but standard signals dont feel worthy of a super container prize... Im not expecting a ship or even doubloons, but I would never argue with free xp or special signals.

Thanks Admiral, and I am not really that disappointed like I said I can use the camo. This was really just a humor thread, I mean when the SC "popped" up I was thinking well here I go more modules. Then the wife asked me what could come in it, and I told her some of the stuff that could come on it I realize maybe a Ship!

And believe me with some of the real life bad luck the wife and I have been having - vehicles quitting, furnace replacement, etc. I am really happy with the camo --- BUT a ship would of been a fall out of the chair moment

I got my first SC a few days ago and was like “uhh what’s this exactly?” Popped it open and got 50 dragon signal flags, now I’m rolling in commander exp which I can’t complain about.

Hey Chaos, read your recent run of hard rain falling luck. Maybe this is a change buddy.

Not so sure about feeding the pigeon. All they ever do in my experience is make a noise and crap on one.

I used the rocks for ballast and the box for a new litter of puppies so it wasn't a total waste.
