Changing special camos (i.e. Y118)

Camouflage that changes geometry of the ship does not seem to be included in camouflages.xml file, does anyone know how to make modifications to such camo?

Example would be Y118 camo for Musashi.  Musashi permanent camouflage is in camouflages.xml file, and you can change the color scheme and/or swap the entire camouflage for something else entirely.  But Y118 camo is not in the file.
