I already have the permanent camo for Amagi and Yamato. My Yamato captain is leveling up well, so I'm not too concerned about him. However, it takes a while for my Nagato and Amagi captains to reach 15 points, let alone the 19 points that I eventually want to get to. Which of these options is ideally best for getting a 14-point captain to 19 points? Musashi T9 premium; earns a ton of XP on decent games. If I get the HSF Musashi camo, it adds +50% CXP on top of the premium camo (+100% XP). Not sure when this camo will be pulled from the premium shop, so perhaps I should buy it now while I grind for Musashi? Kii T8 premium; earns a lot of XP but not as much as T9. Makoto Kobayashi camo has +100% XP compared to the premium camo, which has +50% XP. Kii + MK camo might be cheaper than buying doubloons to convert to FXP? Permanent camo for Nagato; grind all three ships to 19 points. Much lower cost, but XP and CXP income is lower for Nagato and Amagi. Thanks in advance for your suggestions. I would however get the Missouri first if you don't have it. Ashitaka, Kii, Mutsu, itchyCoochie and the ARP premiums are good Captains trainers too though, especially the first win each day. Can place these camos in any of the tier 6 or 7 Japanese ships (premium ships in this case) to use in operations to get more consistent good results. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Kii will work also especially with the Makoto Kobayashi camo, and she's cheaper to run. But the MK camo was a limited deal. When you gamble with some precious few XP flags and bet on doing at least a decent showing with HSF Musashi. The only other IJN BBs I have are Ishi' or 'Zuchi whichever people are calling it, it's T4 and it's only really good for First Wins and funs, and the Kongou Sisters. I've come to the conclusion that the higher the tier for a premium the better; provided you're capable of playing at that tier. So if you have Musashi I'd say it would be the best. ::edit:: One thing I forgot is that if you're focusing on getting lv19 CMDRs it's best to focus on getting your 1st one rather than spreading around too much. Once the 1st hits 19, all further exp gained become ECxp. And you can use your Elite Commander Exp to assist in training up your next Lv19 CMDR. The problem is that I run Fire Prevention tanky builds on my Nagato and Amagi, and Atago really needs that concealment expert skill to fall back into stealth when needed. You have a good point with focusing on the 19 point captain to make elite CXP for more captains. I currently have two 17-point captains, one for my Missouri and one on Yamato. I suppose if I were to get an IJN BB trainer, it would have to earn more CXP than Yamato + permanent camo, which is why I turned to Kii + MK camo, or Musashi + HSF camo. EDIT: WG got back to me and confirmed that the HSF camo goes into the inventory. Purchased the HSF camo and yes, it went into the inventory, ready to be equipped once I get Musashi. CE is great to have for Atago and the vast majority of Cruisers but the lack of it isn't as critical as it used to be with the removal of Stealth Firing. To an extent Camo + Concealment Module works fine. The only thing you're losing out on is I think like a 300m of Stealth Torpedo Window. My Nagato cmdr currently has FP and AFT, can't remember if it's Takao or Atago I've got setup with SBM2, but when he's sitting in it; the lack of CE doesn't 'feel' to affect the ship's overall performance. Although I do find myself torpedoing less than I normally would when my DD or CA CMDRs are in it with CE. Anyways if you've got actual Premium BB options, using Atago for FWB once a day shouldn't be too difficult a stretch in playstyle; just do more Gunnery play rather than Torpedo styles (if that how you run you IJN Cruisers normally).
