Long loads, crashes , and lockups

Since launch I've never had an really bad issue until now. Game takes for ever to load even in harbor I can see the lag in data, I've seen typical advice like delete the game, delete the cache files or its your hardrive ect ect. Same drive lots of other similar games no issue's. I do not nor have I ever used Mods in any form so thats no even on the board. Its crashed hard 3x so far and since file check it has not crashed but  load times and overall game is sluggish and like I said its the only game on that HD that is doing this ?
