Gun firing bug and replays

I know I have heard about this bug/situation before but can't find any info about it. Recently I've noticed every now and then when my guns are ready to fire and turn solid green my guns do not fire on command. Sometimes it takes as long as 3-4 seconds after clicking before they fire. Is that due to lag or some other known bug?

Also, why is the easiest way to enable replays? Where is the file saved?

Your replays folder should be located here unless you manually changed the installation path:

C:\Games\World_of_Warships\replays

If the reticule is GREEN, then the guns should be ready to fire.

I run into this a lot with VMF destroyers.  Any turn at all will prevent firing, even when showing Green.

My guess is that the 'Gun Fire' threshold is different from the 'Green Reticule' requirement.  It can also be border-line dancing between ready/not-ready, but the screen isn't updating.

Some have recorded video (not replays) that show it completely NOT FIRING when at a dead stop, and the target is full broadside.  However, they were allowed to fire after the target turned away.  If they show a replay, it shows the guns are not ready for 'unknown' reasons.  It's another aspect of 'Troll RNG'.

But hey..  It's a computer and computers do as they are told, right?
