Can anyone tell me what the benefits of receiving Premium are. Not premium ships but premium. TKS!

Thanks for the question ArcDeath. Hope this helps:

Premium Account time can be purchased in-game with Doubloons and in select bundles within the Premium Shop. You can access the option to purchase Premium time in-game by clicking on your account name in the upper left portion of the Port. Premium account time accelerates the rate at which you'll be able to research, purchase and upgrade new ships.

Benefits of a Premium account:

• Earn 50% more XP and Credits in every battle
• Earn 50% more Commander XP in every battle

It’s not just 50% credit earnings, if you compare the credits on the left side of the battle result screens and the credits on the right side of the screen, you’ll see that the service charge remains the same , so by +50% credits every battle, you actually make more than +50% credits because the costs for each battle is not increased by +50%.

 

so for an example in a game where you earn 300,000 credits and costs are 125,000 credits you make 175,000 credits on a standard account.

with premium you earn 450,000 credits but your costs remain 125,000 credit, making 325,000 credits with premium.

so you actually make about +85% average net credits

Without premium time, I have to play two games at tier VI to play for one game at tier IX. Premium time allows you to play high-tier ships without having to go back down to low tiers to fill up your coffers. It also allows you to advance through the ship lines much more quickly and train commanders faster.

At the end of the battle go to the last screen of the battle results page and compare the left side (non-premium) to the right side (premium account)

It does not matter what time you have, with sensible play you increase credits, i have some 89,000,000 but only have 1,800 gold. I can afford to exchange all the Premium exp anyway as it would cost me $150.00 which I will not spend as I don't have it to spend. So premium does not matter. Today i would sell my Missouri for gold in a heartbeat.

As mentioned, the bonus to credits and XP are significant. As a PvE main getting into T8 and T9 play, I need premium time to not lose credits.

In addition to the bonus credits and exp, you get an additional campaign slot so you can run 3 campaign steps at the same time instead of 2.

Which is very useful if you are doing the campaigns. I have found it very nice for DoY, New Year Raid, Honorable Service, and Yamamoto campaigns to have that extra slot.

If you were to ever spend money on this game, premium time is the first thing to spend it on. You benefit from every game played, no matter the ship.

Like advancing to new ships but not at a snail's pace? Get Premium time. It's the most valuable thing you can buy in the Premium Shop IMHO.
