Operations are their own game mode, not training room. Also 100% bonus of a smaller reward.. is proportional... unless that is too difficult for you to understand, there is literally no reason not to have this for everyone.

Wow.. I didnt realize minor rewards were massive. When they have double xp weekend its for everyone because 100% of a smaller reward is proportional... not massive. 

So what they are saying is if you dont want to pvp, dont play our game.

If that's your translation... stop playing. Essentially your whining that easy mode doesn't pay as well as the normal difficulty setting.

WG does not care about incentivizing players to play PvE. For reasons that should be obvious those do not require much of a player base to function. They do however care about getting players into PvP which is where the bread and butter of the game is and where high player populations are both desirable and essential. 

It's astounding how many people always interpret WG's actions as intending to punish or reward specific groups of players.

CoOp has been the training room since the most recent patch unless you knew how to enable training room. The rewards suck or are non existent as they should be.

If you just play Co-Op, you have a LOT of playing to earn the 750K in free XP then.  Good luck.

Enough if I blow my doubloon reserve, but I have a few days of premium left to burn off. So I get what I can burn the doubloons and im gone. I have said from the start, coop players do pay but we arent going to take being tossed out like trash and still pay.

Why would you even want a Missouri? That's a ship that's most effective in a PvP environment.

Really, kcon, it boils down to basic math. PVE is already easy and rewarding enough. You're not doing yourself, or anybody else, any favors by opt'ing to not play PVP.

Either do very good in Co-Op or you either break even or lose credits.

Actually before operations Missouri was a key to maintaining a positive credit supply in higher tier coop. Not as important now, Since operations are credit printing machines, but I might as well get it before I quit since I did so much of the work before I left the last time.
