One of those threads though i suspect my example is going to take the cake, eat it, and then kill the baker so he can't make any more. I blame a combination of playing lots of Fortnite and Bioshock recents, plus reading @LittleWhiteMouse reviews and @Snargfargle parodies.

 

You know you've been playing too much WoWS when your dreams are invaded by a world where HMS Warspite is actually on the bottom of the ocean but for some reason still has air inside with smugglers, big daddies and little sisters roaming around and a thoroughly deranged part of the forum user base led by LWM is to everyone else's horror planning to raise her so she can sail the world again with Mouse as her Admiral.

 

Yeah i suspect @Lert was lurking aroudn somwhere in his Cheshire Cat incarnation, because dang was their weird.

I have trouble when reading maps or seeing certain lists come up now..

Was eating at restaurant when a list of places showed up and at first glance thought it was something else for moment lol.

At least whatever that was you had seemed relatively tame compared to the sinister stuff that has been around for me. While it is fairly harmless and uninteresting, I will keep that information to myself.

LOL, this is too hilarious.. Two nights ago I was dreaming about wandering around what looked to be a deserted shopping mall.  In one ramshackle corner there was a store that appeared to be open and fairly busy. I went in and it was really my kind of place. It sold only history books and magazines and various war games. I browsed the shop and picked up several books and magazines. There was one table filled with the featured magazine, either a set of rules, or a game... it wasn't clear. The cover of the magazine was purple with a viking in a winged helmet. Blazoned across the top was the name Thornir! 

The rest of the dream had to do with me losing my shopping cart, with all the cool stuff I had selected, leaving me rather annoyed. When I complained to the shop owner he found me replacements for the missing items, plus some more that I hadn't chosen to begin with. I began to start wondering how much this was all costing me... then I woke up.

BTW the name of the store in neon letters above the entrance, "Wargaming".  

It was all so clear and vivid. I know my Norse history and mythology (Skarp is from Skarp-Hedin of Njal's Saga), but I could not place the name Thornir. I looked it up in Google, and the there were references to Elder Scrolls which I have never played.... and a post on the WoWs forum by.... Thornir. LOL

I play infrequently but in intense bursts ;).
