Congrats.

One area I note is the last of gun play.  Fletcher has disgusting guns and can rack up a ton of DOT damage during your reloads. 

High tier US DDs in random battles are like a race car.  You are always, torping, or shooting, or doing something sneaky.

I too have a brand new Fletcher in my port and after fully up-grading and a decent Captain installed hope I can duplicate your fine results.Garnered a great deal of Good advice here on the Forum from the Experienced Fletcher Captains which together is slowly improving my modest DD skill-set.

Where is that Fletcher advice?  I hate this ship with a passion so far.  I hate the guns, hate the torps, hate the turning circle, hate how fragile it is.   What's the trick?  The Benson was so much better for me.
