In one such occasions while driving my Baltimore, I landed a citadel hit on a Roma. I was so surprised because I typically can't do that to battleships even if they are 1 tier lower. So if you buy this ship, be extra careful as gun type heavy cruisers can hurt you bad if you show your side. On the flip side, when you're driving a heavy cruiser and get hit by a Roma, it will ruin your day. Most BBs can do heavy damage to heavy cruisers like the Baltimore but the Roma seems able to do this no matter what your angle is. This ship seems to be designed as a anti-armor weapon, the heavier your armor, the more it'll hurt when she hits you. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I had a mino unload on me yesterday. It would have melted my 'bama but Roma just shrugged it off. Now the 'bama would have just deleted him when he was spotted, Roma? Ehh.. maybe. The vulnerable citadel is rectified if you know how to protect your sides in a BB. Protect the sides and you can survive well in her.
