It's a really nice ship, but I think it overpens too much at close range. Penetration is very good at distance, but it's almost impossible to devastate cruisers at distance around 10 km and below. What's your thoughts ? Also, as mentioned in different topic the dispersion is absolately terrible making guns very unreliable...
