Add Official Channel "Searching for Ops Division"

Alright so since everyone is against letting players pick what op they want to play how about you at least let us have a chat channel dedicated to it? This takes very little time to set up, could be removed if it doesn't work, and would finally give us a way to group up. Currently the "Search for a clan or division" channel is flooded by clan recruitment spam and does not work for this.
