That is the special Kobayashi camo that gives extra bonuses above the regular perma camo. It is FUGLY and not sure worth the bonus boost if it forces you to see it all the time. The camo itself is fugly actually and make me want to gouge my eyes out with a dull instrument anyway so the beer can on the top is just the icing on the fugly cake. I could easy hit DD's over 10-12km because of the high shell speed. She also earns good credits. I had a 90k damage game and ended with 350k credits plus after maintaince. But OMG that special camo is not just ugly. It's FUGLY!!!! And while this guy's camos looked appropriate on IJN ships, seeing Italian ships with Japanese characters on the side is just plain wrong. My feelings are, and I admit they are out there, that Roma is planned to get enough revenue to have been conservative on soft stats. If camping doesn't show the ship to have excellent stats then before the next say in 6-12 months there will be a minor uptick in some soft stats.
