Support may be completely useless, but adding a 5 ticket per day cap just proves they can't be bothered to deal with the issues.

 

Either make tickets matter, or remove them entirely and fix issues posted through the forums.

 

Better yet, direct phone number for support so we can skip the chatbots that usually answer the tickets.

They are not useless, actually very helpful and just remember they deal with a lot of tickets coming in and the limit is there to stop people sending in 500+ tickets that they then need to filter through.

If they are so helpful, why do I get responses to my Warships tickets that are about Tanks, and vice versa? 95% of the time the response doesn't even cover the topic I bring up. I would get a better response from an average chatbot.

Why do you need to send in so many tickets? I have sent in only 1 in more than 2 years and that was to report one of those guys that pops up and tries to sell you hacked goods. Haven't seen one of those for a while now that I think about it.
