Ways to improve training room

Ok, some of these ideas are not new, they were simply removed when the training room went public, anyway...

1. Allow the option to mark individual boats as active or not.   Previously i would have a handful of active boats on my side to sail around and spot enemy ships for me to i could test longer ranges.    Maybe that's what the hide ships option is....  I'll have to do more testing.

2.  Make a mini Ocean map just for testing purposes.   I commonly test on islands map because it's nice and small.   Only problem is, the islands get in the way.

3. Allow an option you can toggle to give your ship 0 dispersion.   This will improve testing efficiency.

The only way to improve the training room: take it back to it's original state and allow access to it. I miss when I could flick a switch in the XML file and test the AA of my ships against 5 aircraft carriers that just sat still and threw planes at me.
