Got the cruiser from santa crates played one game in it and really like the ship's handling. The guns do feel really meh. 

 

What do you guys think of the captain skills above for the Duca? The most upvoted build on shipscomrade has no camo skill and it seems to be a oversight because the cruiser's camo value is pretty insane.

NA does not have that many CVs yet. 

 

 

Helps prevent getting spotted and the last stand is because the upgrades do not work on this ship at all in any form.

Priority Target, Adrenaline Rush, Demolition Expert, IFHE, Concealment expert, and the skill to turn your turrets faster....everything else is gravy.

Duca was added onto ship comrade a little bit late compared to when it came out and the builds on that site are all voted on by users so you might see some strange/wonky builds from time to time.  My Duca captain also double into my Cesare so I run a sort of hybrid build due to that.

Skill 1: Priority Target

Skill 2: Expert Marksman (Quality of life choice, hate slow turrets) Adrenaline Rush

Skill 3: Superintendent and Demolition Expert

Skill 4: IFHE, Concealment Expert

Again, I'm no expert so it's probably not the optimal build, but the way I play it and for what I use that captain for it works for me.  One day I plan on respeccing him and building up a dedicated Cesare and a dedicated Duca captain, just don't have the time with all the other ship lines I'm grinding all at once and i hate playing cruisers without Concealment Expert

With the number of times the steering goes out, if you do not get Last Stand, you will be deleted as you turn lazy circles on the map

Oddly I've never had the rudder knocked out.

Also if you have one use the spotter plane upgrade. It works well on the Duca.
