So I just finished a battle and want to screenshot the results. When I go to take a screenshot, all I get is a black picture. What's the issue, and how do you guys get your screenshots?

When you make a screenshot with prt-scrn, it creates a JPG file in your install folder /screenshot/.

I use Win-Prntscreen. That saves it into both your computer's screenshot and the WoWS screenshot folders.

On Macs it's SHIFT+COMMAND+3. The screenshot is saved in the desktop.

You can also do like me and map the key combo to a Function key (F13 in my case) using the Keyboard control pane in System preferences.

I usually take 2 quick screenshots of the same scene just in case the first one comes out black.
