Cesare changes?

In the new patch notes it says:

What does this mean?

Maybe the AP shells arm faster so they won't overpen as much?

It means that it takes less armor to arm the shell fuses. Makes it easier to get pens on BBs.

I actually overpen BB's on an alarming regularity, so this is good...VERY good.

No. She’s one of the last ships that needed a buff. They honestly shouldn’t touch her anymore at this point.

She is just a poor little T5 BB. OK she outperforms any other T5 BB but that didn't mean she should not be buffed... (right, I own one too)

If you buff arming speed, go ahead and buff muzzle velocity. I hear that's a zero sum result.

When I play mine I feel like a rockstar, and I am anything but a rockstar at this game.

This certainly helps her in the cruiser killing department. Not sure exactly how this will affect her vs. BBs, but I've seen enough overpens to lead me to believe this will be an outright (and un-needed) buff to her. The secondaries might be a bit more reliable on softer targets, but I'm almost the only one around that cares about AP secondaries anyways.

Her AP secondaries actually do fairly well.

I hate to say it, but GC probably didn't need this buff.  Maybe they're just trying to get her firmly in the OP camp so fewer will complain when they ban her.

I always found the October revolution to be superior, now I have a reason to play this.

I mean the caesar is good and all but IMO the Konig is the better tier V BB for these reasons

-she has a hard time being cittideled

-for the same accuracy and sigma you have a better concentration of shells if you can get the back turrets in play

-she has a faster reload and only slightly less damage on the AP and has 1/4 HE pen

-all for about the same shell velocity
